New decor

I have thought for a while that the foyer is a little blah, so I decided to move some things around, hang some original oil paintings I bought and voila! New area! Note the HooDoo man (from my mom, of course) on the table next to the hand. Love it!

I also found the pieces pictured at the bottom on a shopping trip one day in Huntsville. The boys were in another store, and I couldn't easily carry these, so I went to fetch some teenage help. I love the way they look on the upright cabinet that contains the stereo. It really pulls the eye away from the electronics and more to the pieces of art. I had the candle, which matched perfectly, in the kitchen. It was a nice finishing touch.
