Arab Junior High Scholars’ Bowl

The AJHS Scholars’ Bowl Teams have had a very successful year. The 6th grade team won 1st at the ASCA Fall Fun Tournament and the Russellville Invitational Tournament. They placed 3rd in the Winter KMO and 3rd in the Spring KMO. In the Thinking Cap Quiz Bowl they placed 6th in the Southeast Contest and were 1st in Alabama. Their most recent competition was “America Answers” where they placed 1st in Alabama and 15th among schools from 43 states. Team members are: Ethan Atchley, Alex Berry, Joe Crowder(Captain), Quentin Garner, Breanna Haymon, Shellie King, Olivia Laney, Cameron Mann, Alex Morgan, Macy Morgan, Lane Morrow, Bhavik Patel, Lexi Randall, Chase Reynolds, Jack Reynolds, Derek Ryan, and Clay Tidmore.
