
Yes, it happened again. The school bus came from the other direction this morning. My hypothesis is this: an irate parent called because her baby had to get on the bus too early. SO, in order to accomodate the one person who complained, the driver had to change her route so she could pick up sleepy little Johnny a bit later.
On the other hand, perhaps there is a more optimistic answer, like the sun was in the driver's eyes, so she had to go the other way. Or perhaps more children were added to the route, so it just made sense to change the route.
In any event, the boys still LOVE riding the bus, and they have not blurted out any "new" words or exhibited behavior thanks to "bus learning".

Ahhh, the days of riding the yellow wagon train... some things you never forget (but should). Ms. Linda was my favorite driver; she cranked up the music, and you could hear her bus a mile away. And they say, that when she rounded curves, she would literally catch air as the bus "leaned" into the turn!
